So me, A L T A Y, and Cremepie (now known as TPx Pie) were at corp beast when A L T A Y recieved an elysian sigil drop. He refused to split it and i have pictures of him getting the drop, as well as cremepie with us there, as you can see in the chatbox. Everything seemed to be going well and we all went to get the sigil made into an ely shield then ended up at the grand exchange. This is when A L T A Y sold the sigil and his friend, play pr0, came to the grand exchange as well. The last thing i saw before A L T A Y logged out was him trading Play Pr0, who had not corped with us for at least half an hour to fourty five minutes. Altay traded him an unkown amount and then logged out and thats pretty much the last i saw of him.

Should Play Pr0’s case be appealed?
SUMMARY
Team of 4 go on a trip to corp. One of them (Play Pro) leaves early. One of them (Altay) receives Ely drop. Altay doesn’t split it with the other two – only with Play Pro, who hadn’t even been there, having left early. Victims witness Altay trading Play Pro afterward. Altay logs out. The two remaining victims thus accuse both Altay and Play Pro of scamming the Ely.
WHAT ENSUED
Play Pr0 speaks out, trying to defend himself. He states openly “we scammed them together.” While now admitting to the incriminating nature of his statement, he insists that it was taken out of context and that what he actually meant was “I was inevitably involved in the scam by way of receiving a share of the drop.” In other words, he says he stood in a neutral position, simply receiving a share of the drop which he thought he was entitled to and IN THAT SENSE it may be said that they “Scammed together.” Other than within that sense of involvement, Play Pro pleads not guilty. He also claims to have only received 50m from Altay at the time of the trade.
The victims, their clan leader and Zeale from RS Justice have been working on this case in full cooperation with all parties, including the accused. Due to the personal convictions that Play Pro, the accused, was guilty in pursuit of the statement he made, Play Pro has thus far been sort of “tricked” into paying more and more until he paid the full amount. At this time the amount has reached 130m in returned gp, 50m of which still needs to be returned to the victims, currently in Zeale’s possession. Zeale has felt it necessary to involve the full staff team in this case in order to determine where this case is going and indeed, whether it has been conducted fairly thus far.
CONFLICTING POINTS IN THE STORY
Victims claim Play Pro had been out of the room for over 30 minutes before the Ely was dropped. Play Pro insists that it had only been 1 kill since he left, not 30 minutes. Wether this is significant to the outcome of things is, of course, up to individual opinion.
FACTS
Play Pro was NOT in the room at the time of the drop
Play Pro traded Altay sometime after the Ely was dropped
Play Pro is still friends with Altay
Play Pro admittedly shares his account with a friend

First Vote by Staff member Jumanji: IN FAVOR OF APPEAL
I believe he should be removed from RS Justice as he was NOT the one who scammed the drop and was not part of the team that got the drop. Play Pro was clearly just a friend of the accused and got offered a certain amount of money and is in an unfortunate situation whereby he got submitted to RSJ along with ALTAY which I assumed were both involved on the same trip. Even though he did own up saying “we scammed them together” I believe as he was not the one who theoretically stole the sigil, he should be removed. He also claimed to of been only given 50m from ALTAY but he has paid back almost 3 times the amount, so I believe he desperately wants to right his wrongs and turn over a new leaf.
Jumanji believes that the case has thus far been conducted in a fair manner.
Second Vote by Staff member Anthmelo: NOT IN FAVOR OF APPEAL
I think that we shouldn’t remove his case. On 16 July 2015 (day of scamm) I was corping with my clan m8s and then we got crashed by play pro & A l t a y… The clan mates I was corping with knew A L T A Y, he said that altay is a clan hopper (not that it matters to this case). Anyways they were crashing my team for a few kills, but they couldn’t get any kills, because I was outhitting them (they were trying to snipe sigil of our team). They hopped to diff world after the crash and in 30min I got a pm of their clan leader to bann them, because they are ely scammers and asked if I could mesage the RSjustice admins to approve the scamm report. A few days later I spotted play pro @ corp and shouted scammer. He was like … are you talking about, untill I said that he was blacklisted on RSjustice. He admitted that he scammed after and said that he bought alot of gear. Later my clan m8 named Not_mine spotted altay @ corp ffa07 and become friends. Altay said that he scammed a 2nd ely sigil from a diff clan. I think that this sigil is also split play pro (not sure). What I want to say is: he admitted that he scammed and I think that he should fully refund the stolen money and we could vote after.

Third Vote by Staff member Domina: NOT IN FAVOR OF APPEAL
There is no other way to take “we scammed them together”. If you didn’t scam, you would never would have said that. That is him saying outright he knew he should’ve split with the rest of the team but didn’t. I don’t believe this story of his on trying to rectify saying that. The fact that they are also friends with each other, to this day is concerning as well, they could have very well planned it in the past and for whatever reason play pr0 all the sudden decides he needs to be able to join a clan again so he tries to pay “some” but not all of it back. Would a friend really give his friend 50m from an Ely split? I don’t think so. I feel like there are too many flaws in his story.

Fourth Vote by Staff member Mack: NOT IN FAVOR OF APPEAL
Quoting the report: “Play Pr0 speaks out, trying to defend himself. He states openly “we scammed them together.””
Yeah a scammer is a scammer not sure why this is even up for discussion. If you admit that you scammed you shouldn’t be taken off that list regardless. Gotta be rough on these guys or they think they can do it over and over again.
Mack believes that the case has thus far been conducted in a fair manner.
Fifth Vote by Staff member Hero Vinny: NOT IN FAVOR OF APPEAL
I don’t think we should remove him if he hasn’t paid fully for the split. He seemed to be a bit cocky in the evidence and I believe if you break something you pay for it fully, not just a slap on the wrist. Doesn’t get my vote.
